When we last left our hero, she was enjoying a wonderful outing at said "Youth Group" with her wonderful friends, especially best friend Kristen. The new week begins with our hero's said BFF feeling ill with a 102 fever. Wednesday, the fever turns out to be flu! As all heroes are, Lily was quite confident and cool under pressure as she didn't worry about this flu ordeal. Suddenly, Friday night, the phone rings. Unsuspecting Lily answers answers the call (even though the Caller I.D. is unfamiliar) only to be greeted by a strange lady! Who can it be? In fact, the mysterious caller is from the S.C. Health Department, telling our hero that she is exposed to the flu, possibly of the
swine variety, and therefore needs to take medication ASAP. Though 5 days have already past from exposure to said Kristen's flu, there is still a chance of disease! The whole time, our hero feels quite fine and dandy. Today, news is reported that her medication for prevention is subscribed, awaiting to be swallowed with water. So here we leave our faithful friend, in the midst of the (
swine?) flu phenomenon.

OMG!!! So, yesterday when you were feeling hot, was that a symptom of (swine?) flu? I love you like a sister, Lily, but if it was please be careful and stay home in bed!
I really hope Kristen gets better!
