“My Neighbors Grey Hound”
Walking slowly to her door
Sady runs to me once more
I try to slip into the house
But Sady doesn’t wait to pounce
Ringing the doorbell again, again
I wish Sady was in a pen
Distracting her, I through a stick
And start running, very quick
Sady sees me and starts to bolt
My body suddenly gives a jolt
Heart pounding, I leap into my yard
I then decide I need a bodyguard
