Quite a Day...

Do you every have like three weeks that are so boring you could die and then one day that totally blows your mind? That day was today. (By the way, the first picture is from yesterday and the second is from today. )
Well....
It all started before daily math class. My group of classmates- 9 of us all together- came back from computer class and smelled something icky in the hallway. We all wrinkled our noses, but began math as usual. Right in the middle of dividing complex fractions, one of the boys in class started freaking out about the smell near our teacher's desk. He found an old brown paper bag full of food and, stupidly, kicked it. A putrid, nauseating stench filled the room, and was quickly followed by complete and utter panic. Suddenly all of the girls hit the floor, holding their noses, and the two boys in the class went crazy. Our teacher, who couldn't smell anything before, now felt our pain to the fullest. After what seemed like decades, our English teacher waded through the awful invisible fog and dropped the brown bag in a plastic bag. Once it was sealed, it was disposed of in the classroom garbage can. When I tell you that that was the worst smell I had ever sniffed, you better believe me. Our math teacher walked around the classroom, drenching everything in site in Lysol, including the students.
After that horrible experience, we all felt a little weak, but we still had another 45 minutes 'til lunch. It was time for religion class with our English/religion teacher. And just as we were about to start, a HUGE CRASH outside made us all scream in panic. It was thundering. Jeez, excitement excitement all day long!
Rain poured all day, and when we came home from school, my dog needed to go out. So my sister and I practically swam through the backyard with Buddy, leaving us all wet and muddy. Going along with the theme of the day (a day of firsts) we ran the water and decided to bathe the puppy for the first time. Luckily, this story doesn't end badly, because it turned out that he just looks sad and depressed in the water and doesn't get scared. Drying him and brushing him were simple, and it all worked out unusually well.
Thanks for listening; I wish all days were this chock full, minus the horrifying odor and thunderstorm. Talk to you later!
Bye.
